The User books the Transport Services by selecting the place of departure, the destination, the date and time of departure and/or return and with other useful details in order to calculate the cost and to set the trip smoothly and comfortable.
Where applicable, the User can also choose for the driver to make stops in places along the route provided that such stops have been previously booked.
During the booking, the User must identify a Passenger and any children who will be traveling, must provide the phone number and other details indicated in the booking form.
All bookings arriving at Pompeii Transfer Car need to be analyzed in order to provide the User ACCEPTANCE and CONFIRMATION response.
POMPEII TRANSFER CAR
can refuse or cancel a Booking for reasons not attributable to it or for requests which cannot be satisfied for
reasons exclusively external to the activity. However, POMPEII TRANSFER CAR, in such situations,
always reserves the right to negotiate with the customer and propose alternative solutions.
The response of the booking will
ALWAYS be communicated to the User via email.
In case of
ACCEPTED or CONFIRMED Booking, POMPEII TRANSFER CAR, can charge a
deposit on the total cost of the service, a few weeks before the departure date. A detailed and appropriate communication will be made to the User via email in such case.
The deposit can be paid using the SUMUP payment method. A Link will be provided and a digital POS transaction will be executed, through it, no later than the 3rd day of its receipt. After this period, POMPEII TRANSFER CAR can make not valid the reservation and cancel definitively the booking giving notification to the User.
After payment, the reservation will be valid and binding in all respects. The User will be contacted a few days before, in order to confirm some other detail, necessary for collecting passengers, to set the exact meeting place, tell Chauffeur and Vehicle data identification.

For an exclusive user experience, it’s enough the

ANONIMOUS user.
The User will be able to create and store the reservations and favourite service, but won’t be able, in any possible way, to send a Booking request to POMPEII TRANSFER CAR standing so.
To book a Transport Service, the user must necessarily register on the website.
Registration includes
human verification, and the User will have a
username and a temporary password to access the web site. Next, personal basic data, are necessary to complete user registration. No sensitive data is required. Completing the registration and profile a Personal Area will be created where it is possible to create, modify and store all the User informations, purchased services, orders, wishlist etc.
The user will be able to:
- • Manage profile;
- • Manage and modifying favourite trips;
- • Create, print and manage the bookings;
- • Booking forwarding and verify the status;
- • Checkout access for service payments.

- 4 - CANCELLATION AND PROVIDING SERVICE METHODS
The User is able to cancel the Reservations of service at any time, even when has been sent and accepted.
Some bookings can have different terms for them to be cancelled and elegible for claim a refund or cannot be refundable at all.
The action of cancelling a reservation is applicable inside User Private Area web site or via mail straight to Pompeii Transfer Car. Won’t be considered other cancellation request especially if made by phone or text message.
This is Pompeii Transfer Car cancellation policy:
- - If the user cancels within 16 days from the service date, he will receive a full refund;
- - If the user cancels between 15 and 7 days before the service date, he will lose 30% of the total amount;
- - If the user cancels between 6 and 3 days before the service date, he will lose 50% of the total amount;
- - If the user cancels less than 3 days before the service date, he will lose the entire amount.
Passengers must arrive at the agreed pick-up location at the agreed-upon pick-up time. If the Passenger is not ready to leave and doesn't let the driver knows, Pompeii Transfer Car may cancel the Service by leaving the agreed pick-up location without any obligation to pay a refund to the Customer or Passenger.
In the event of a flight or train delay, the driver will wait for the passenger
for up to 60 minutes free of charge, after this time, Pompeii Transfer Car can charge additional costs, depending on waiting time.
